I went to the drive through. The worker seemed busy so I waited. When inside cleared she proceeded to sit down by the window and get on her phone. As soon as someone came in she got up and took there order then sat down. Not once did she come to the window and say the drive through was closed. There were no signs up saying the drive through was closed. I was not the only car to wait and get fed up and leave. I will not go back with such poor customer service. The employees were super sweet and the custard is AMAZING. I had the Belgian waffle thing they have and was expecting maybe waffle with chocolate syrup, but it blew my mind. This place is addicting. Love the different flavors they offer weekly. Only place I can find Black Raspberry without chocolate chips in it.  They also have many flavors of Italian Ice, any kind of sundae you could want and Banana Splits!  Generous servings.
